Selena & Kevin's Oregon Coast Engagement Session
Hey everyone! Sierra, an Oregon Coast wedding photographer here. I recently had an engagement session with the amazing Selena and Kevin at the Devil's Punchbowl in Otter Rock, Oregon. These two had such a beautiful vision for their engagement photos on the coast and we were able to capture some amazing shots. The rocky cliffs and the waves crashing against them provided a stunning backdrop for their love story.
The night ended with a champagne pop and a huge moon in the sky. It was a magical moment. In fact, the photos from that night helped me come up with my photo tagline, "photos that look like the moment felt." The night sky photos captured the feeling of that evening so well.
As an Oregon Coast wedding photographer, I've shot at many amazing locations, but the Devil's Punchbowl is definitely one of my favorites. If you time the tides just right, you're able to hike inside the bowl (do this at your own risk and please use your best judgment). When the tide is high, you can view the bowl from above and see it filled with water. It's such a unique spot and offers so many different perspectives for photos. While I'm primarily a Corvallis, Oregon wedding and couple photographer, it's always a pleasure to make the trip out to the coast and capture these special moments for my clients.
